Standalone Wireless IP Network System

It is no longer a question of whether IP telephony will take over traditional calls, but rather a question of when and how fast it will do so.

VoIP telephony is now cheaper, and its sound quality matches ordinary telephony, or is even better. Especially VoIP makes sense if you have many international calls or live in household clusters where you are able to share the broadband and telephony service and thereby reduce your telephone and broadband subscriptions to two per household cluster instead of two per household.

One subscription for the broadband connection and one for the VoIP telephony service, that is the incumbent teleoperator's nightmare, but sweet dreams for ordinary consumers living in apartment houses, student hostels, small communities or industry areas in developing countries.

Our Standalone wireless IP Network system is a way to establish an organized telecommunication infrastructure in areas with low teledensity, clusters of immigrants or ordinary price conscious consumers. The Standalone solution provides complete wireless voice and broadband data connectivity within a building or the small community. The wireless IP Network system comprises all units required to connect end user terminals to public telephony and broadband services.

The Standalone wireless IP Network solution can be connected to public telephony (PSTN) via an ISP over VoIP, further through a connected media gateway offering an analogue or digital trunk interface. It is also possible to connect our wireless solution to an existing analogue or digital PBX or softswitch application.
