A high-priority task at RTX-T is strengthening relations with our key customers. In this process, a primary task is aligning our business objectives, as we consider this to be a key factor for success for both RTX and our customers. A very central tool in this process is the creation of road maps for the core technologies and the services we offer to our customers. Obviously, the latter must be based on real needs, and so we are planning a number of road map sessions with some of our key customers in order to align our road maps with theirs – the overall process for road-map creation is outlined below.
