This mobile terminal, based on GSM/GPRS technology, is to be used primarily to locate stolen vehicles. The terminals will be equipped with GPRS high-speed data technology and GPS satellite location finding. They can be installed in vehicles of all kinds to function as high-tech alarms and navigation systems. They can, however, also be installed in apartments and houses as household alarm systems. The first products will be on the market in July 2003, under the Morion brand name for sale in Russia and other countries. The market potential is huge, on account of extremely competitive pricing and the wide range of different ways that the product can be used.

Morion used the RTX Telecom "tailor-madesolutions" model for the development work on this product. The result is an individually tailored production-ready product within a highly competitive timeframe. The presidents of Morion and RTX Telecom put their signatures to the contract.
