RTX Products Hong Kong Ltd. launches a new IP DECT platform within our successful segments Enterprise PBX and Small and Medium sized Business VoIP.

 

By offering the new IP DECT platform, RTX Products Hong Kong Ltd. provides a complete turnkey and yet customized solution for each customer. This enables the customer to focus on its core business while RTX Products Hong Kong Ltd. delivers a complete IP DECT solution, comprising both hardware and software, which will enable the wireless handset extensions to perform according to the latest standards.

 

The new IP DECT platform launched by RTX Products Hong Kong Ltd. is supported by the current DECT standard and CAT-iq - the future version of DECT. To provide our customers with the best voice quality, the new IP DECT platform supports various standard audio codices such as G.711 and G.729 and provides Wideband Voice (HDSP) in both basic and extended mode (CAT-iq Phase 1 and Phase 2). This will allow 11 handsets with the G.711 standard or 5 handsets with wideband audio to use the base simultaneously. The IP DECT base is furthermore backwards compatible so both narrow band (DECT) and wideband (CAT-iq) handsets can be used simultaneously.

 

The new platform will be available for both professional Enterprise PBX and for Small and Medium sized Business VoIP, and as a one box solution, it supports DECT standards in all major regions in the world. The IP DECT platform can be customized for both cordless and corded telephones and for features such as Power over Ethernet and over the air synchronisation among others.

 

Our new IP DECT platform is offered as a forward thinking and cost efficient alternative to the solutions previously found on the market. RTX Products HK Ltd. aims at offering the IP DECT platform to existing and new customers as one complete and box built solution.
