The potential on the Mexican market is starting to show large interest in deploying telephony and interconnection to the poor areas of Mexico. In fact, the Mexican government has stated, in its 2009 IT and Telecommunication program, that the only way out of poverty for the large Mexican population is by ensuring that it gains access to IT and Telecommunication.
