The RTX Telecom Group develops, produces, and markets advanced and high-tech wireless solutions and products.

In the autumn of 2006, the Group decided to cover the following four Business Units: RTX Technology, RTX Consumer Products, RTX Network Systems and RTX Healthcare.

 

RTX Technology comprises development and sale of wireless communications solutions for industrial customers. The development tasks primarily focus on technologically advanced solutions within the technology areas DECT, Bluetooth^TM  and VoIP. RTX Technology is working to deliver the same platform technology to different industrial customers. Within this main area, RTX Technology also develops

test solutions, extensive test instruments and test equipment for production tests.

The RTX Technology business unit is headed by Vice President Jens Jungersen.

 

RTX Consumer Products comprises development, production and sale of wireless products to OEMs and end users.

The product range covers corded telephones, cordless telephones, security products and other wireless communication products.

The product range also includes the first dualphone for Skype which does not require a PC. The strategy of RTX Consumer Products is to deliver innovative quality products for the mass market.

The RTX Consumer Products business unit is headed by Vice President Peter Christensen.

 

RTX Network Systems comprises development, production and sale of technology solutions, sub-components and products for a complete telephone network system. The network products are characterized by having a high level of knowledge and technology content.

Examples of products and solutions are in particular software, components and products for the IP based DECT Wireless Local Loop systems (WLL).

The RTX Network Systems business unit is headed by Vice President Jorgen Skov Rosenkilde.

 

RTX Healthcare comprises development, production and sale of wireless solutions for the healthcare industry, e.g. OEM products and solutions for remote monitoring of patients suffering from chronic diseases.

The RTX Healthcare business unit is headed by Vice President Bjarne Flou.
