Level of disclosure
Disclosures are provided for business segments, which are the Group’s primary segment. The segmentation complies with the Group’s risks and the managerial and internal financial management reports. RTX Telecom has three reportable segments: RTX Technology, RTX Products and RTX Network Systems.
Net turnover is also broken down by geographic area according to the customer’s geographical location and by type of income (Development tasks, Royalty and Products).
Disclosure processes
All material information (share price-sensitive information) is published in accordance with the disclosure guidelines from NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S. Under these guidelines, a numbered announcement in Danish and English is sent to NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S through which the information is distributed to the financial market.
Non-material information (non-share price-sensitive information) relevant to our customers, partners and the industry in general is primarily distributed via press releases in English, through our website or through relevant wire services.
No material information is discussed outside the company until it is published in accordance with the above-mentioned disclosure guidelines from NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen A/S.
Quiet period
RTX Telecom practises a so-called quiet period of 3 weeks every three months, ahead of the announcement of the company's financial statements. During quiet periods there is no interaction with the financial market regarding results or outlook.
Preparedness
Should there be any unintentional disclosure of material, non-public information, the company will issue an announcement through the proper disclosure channels as soon as possible from the time when RTX Telecom's management becomes aware of the disclosure.
Internal information
Board members, directors, external auditors and all employees including their immediate family are defined and registered as insiders.
Employees are informed to a certain extent about material information (share price-sensitive information) and non-material information (non-share price-sensitive information). All employees are obliged as insiders to treat this information confidentially.The IR Policy is an integral part of RTX Telecom's corporate communication policy and practice.
