The IP DECT – SME VoIP is a complete turnkey solution offering a scalability not seen before in this segment. This allows the system to grow from 1 to 40 bases and up to 200 users. Furthermore, RTX Products Hong Kong Ltd. also provides two different high quality colour screen CAT-iq handsets supporting the wideband audio functionality in the base station. Therefore the customer can focus on its core business while RTX Products Hong Kong Ltd. delivers a complete IP DECT solution, comprising state-of-the-art hardware and software.
 
The IP DECT – SME VoIP supports the current DECT standard and CAT-iq - the future version of DECT. To provide our customers with the best voice quality, the IP DECT – SME VoIP supports various standard audio codices such as G.711, G.726 and G.729 and also provides CAT-iq wideband audio G.722. This allows 10 handsets with standard audio or 5 handsets with wideband audio to use each base in the system simultaneously. The IP DECT base is furthermore backwards compatible so both narrow band (DECT) and wideband (CAT-iq) handsets can be used simultaneously.
 
The IP DECT – SME VoIP supports DECT standards in all major regions in the world. Seamless handover and repeater support are two major advantages besides the superior scalability and audio quality. This underlines the IP DECT – SME VoIP’s status as the biggest revolution in newer time within SME voice solutions. The system is powered over Ethernet and supports over the air synchronisation. It also supports software up-load to the wireless terminals securing that your handsets are always up to date with the latest software releases.
