RTX Telecom has recently been granted ISO 9001 certification in accordance with the revised ISO 9001:2000 standard. This new 2000 standard requires organisations to place greater emphasis on addressing customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs and expectations, and by actively seeking, monitoring and using customer feedback to improve products and services.
Suited for all customers
The RTX Telecom quality assurance model ensures a flexible quality management process that is well suited to both large organisations and small companies. The model is equally effective regardless of the specific nature of their customers’ demands for quality assurance processes and in-house quality monitoring procedures. Mr. Tommy Lund from The Danish Standards Association states "I am sure that the RTX Telecom quality assurance model could serve as a guideline for many companies working within development."
