Design Services has a profound technological knowledge of design and system integration of wireless protocols, products, and solutions within the technologies Bluetooth™, DECT, DECT 6.0, DECT ULE, DCT 2.4 GHz, CAT-iq™, Wi-Fi™, Zigbee™, and derivatives of these technologies.
Design Services' role in the development process
Design Services offers to take the role as system integrator between the product owners, typically a major global company and the IC (Integrated Circuits) supplier. These projects typically focus on new products and/or on new features in the customer’s product portfolio, which are developed on the basis of Design Services' innovative software solutions, combined with the possibilities that exist in the ICs.
Design Services also offers to take the project from the development stage into the delivery of a final ODM product, either in the form of a module for integration in a final product, or as a final product. In selected areas Design Services also develops its own designed ODM products, combining Asian cost competitive and efficient production with European design services; thereby, adding wireless wisdom throughout the value chain.
In addition, Design Services offers a specialized portfolio of dedicated measuring- and test instruments as well as development tools for the customers’ own development work.
