The Wireless Stationary Phone has built-in radio that enables the phone to function as a wireless phone.
The Wireless Stationary Phone is designed to work as part of the Wireless IP Network System from RTX Network Systems. The radio allows the phone to connect to a base station or a repeater in a Wireless IP Network System.
In addition to the convenience of wireless, the telephone includes features such as speed dial, handsfree calling and redial. Likewise, the phonebook stores up to 75 entries, and the call log keeps track of incoming, outgoing, and missed calls.
The Wireless Stationary Phone also supports quick dial to voice mail services.
The speakerphone allows several people to participate in a conference call without anyone holding the handset. This feature is activated by the push of a button.
Full portability: The design of the Wireless Stationary Phone resembles that of an ordinary stationary phone, except there are no phone jack wires. The phone can therefore be plugged into any mains power socket without taking into consideration whether there is a phone socket available. The Wireless Stationary phone is suitable for both home and office use.
If the mains supply is missing, the telephone can function on the inserted rechargeable batteries to allow for emergency calls.
