The IP DECT/WLAN Configuration Manager is a client based software application used for configuration and management of the entire wireless IP network system.
Depending on the operator's network topology, it can be configured to manage a subset of the network only. It also supports remote software upgrade of network devices, such as Synchronization Units and IP DECT/WLAN Base Stations. Each device configuration is built from a database, loaded and edited with the IP DECT/WLAN Configuration Manager.
The IP DECT/WLAN Configuration Manager is also used to monitor device operation status, and check whether all devices are connected to the network.
The IP DECT/WLAN Configuration Manager software is installed on a Windows workstation to allow for remote access to the configuration databases, which are stored on a common and combined TFTP/FTP network Server. If you have multiple configuration workstations, they can all access the same TFTP/FTP Server.
