As informed in Announcement no. 1/2009 of 2 January 2009 three board members, including the Chairman of the Board and the Deputy Chairman, have today decided to retire from the Supervisory Board of RTX Telecom A/S. Consequently, the Supervisory Board has decided to elect Jens Hansen as new Chairman of the Board and Jens Toftgaard Petersen as Deputy Chairman until the ordinary Annual General Meeting on Wednesday 28 January 2009, where the ordinary election of the Supervisory Board will take place.
