Customer Survey

We have just completed our annual customer survey in which we asked our customers for feedback to help us improve our products. I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took the time to answer our questions; we really appreciate your help in making us better at serving you.
 
Overall, we are very pleased to note that the average score on every question is above a neutral “3” (on a scale from one to five), and in that respect the answers confirmed that we are on the right track with most of our products, but the customer survey also pointed us towards areas where we can improve.
 
To touch base on these areas, we identified that we need to look into how we manage development projects, the level of information that we share with our customers, and to some extent, the price of the BOM in some projects. To improve our performance in each of these areas we have initiated several activities, the progress of which, we will inform you about in the future.
