In order to ensure that our employees are happy at work, we offer a number of different benefits that employees can choose to take advantage of. These benefits are covered by the term "welfare", which RTX quite simply considers necessary to ensure that going to work is fun - even when things are busy.

• Pension fund
  We have an arrangement with Danica Pension.

• Paid accident insurance
  Together with Danse Forsikring, we offer our employees an accident insurance that is paid for by RTX.

• Competitive salaries
  All RTX employees are paid monthly at the end of the month. We strive to ensure that salaries are always in line with salaries paid for comparable work elsewhere in this area.

• Salary during maternity/paternity leave
  At present, employees receive their full salary during pregnancy leave and during the first twenty-four weeks of maternity leave. In addition, fathers are awarded a total of two weeks' leave following the birth of a child.

• Lunch programme
  For a monthly fee, employees take part in the lunch programme, which provides a warm meal, bread, cold cuts and salad every day. Coffee/tea and fruit are available without charge throughout the day.

• Staff Club/Sports-activities
  Our Staff Club offers min. 2 arrangements every months. Besides the Staff Club arranges for RTX teams to participate in most major events (running, cycling, football, volleyball, badminton). We even have a sports hall and a gym where employees can play badminton, volley ball and other activities after working hours or during weekends.

• Relaxing activities
  When employees need a break during their working day, they can also choose to relax by playing pool, darts or table tennis.

• Events
  Company functions are held once every now and then. The main purpose of these functions is to give employees a chance to get to know each other outside work.

• Arts
  During the course of the working day, employees can take pleasure in the works of art on display in corridors and canteens, with new works appearing regularly. In the summer months, we hold a children's art exhibition, and staff members' children can contribute their own masterpieces.

• Staff magazine - RTXtra
  RTXtra is a staff magazine that is published twice a year, and provides information about matters great and small, serious and trivial.
